Process

Every inspection follows the same three-step sequence, regardless of building size or complexity. This keeps expectations clear and results consistent.

Discuss

Property details, transaction context, and reporting requirements are discussed before scheduling. Scope is agreed upon before a date is set.

Inspect

A methodical, on-site evaluation of the building is conducted following the CCPIA ComSOP standard. Observations are documented across all accessible, primary systems.

Review

A written report describing observed conditions is delivered. The report is factual and objective. Level Property Services is available to discuss findings after review.

Why the sequence matters

The discussion phase is what makes the rest of the inspection worth paying for: agreeing on scope upfront means the inspection is more accurate and the report speaks directly to your transaction, not a generic checklist.

The report is the deliverable, not the inspection itself. Findings are documented for clarity and readability, not as a formality.
