Every inspection covers three steps: a visual inspection of the door, frame, and hardware; an operational check confirming the door opens, closes, and latches correctly; and a simulation test confirming the closing device brings the door shut at the correct speed. You receive a signed report for your records, insurance carrier, or authority having jurisdiction.

Staying Ahead of the Annual Requirement
